Perivolas complex is set within an amphitheatrical landscape of curves stepping down to a central stone terrace with a pool that flows over the edge of the cliff into an Aegean horizon. Next to the pool, an old winery is reborn as an indoor cafe and a poolside bar.
Perivolas encompasses 14.000 square meters of vineyards, wild fig trees, beds of red-hot geraniums, orange cactus flowers and fuchsia bougainvillea, enhancing guests privacy and tranquillity.

Perivolas units are perfectly equipped, providing the most modern facilities while the decor is elegant simplicity personalized with beautiful hand-crafted furnishings. Faithful to the tradition of Santorinis unique architecture, a group of 300 year-old Caves that were once the homes, wineries and stables of indigenous fishermen and farmer, has been restored. With the help of native craftsmen and the use of volcanic raw material, this historical setting has been transformed into an A’‘ Class Complex of 20 Private Houses, reviving an age-old neighbourhood called Perivolas. Preserving the original structure, each House is unique in shape and character.
Spacious interiors, attractively and comfortably furnished in traditional designs, consist of an open-plan Double or Twin Bedroom and Sitting Room, domed Bathroom and a well equipped Kitchenette. Each Suite has its own Terrace with magnificent Views over the Caldera and one of the most theatrical vantage points on the Island to watch the sun set.

There are Studios and Suites ( Junior & Superior ) available.
Perivolas Studios are the smallest houses, approximately 35sq meters, with bedroom - living area all in one open plan space. Bathrooms are equipped with shower.

Perivolas Junior Suites are more spacious than the studios 35-45sq meters, they either have an open plan sitting – bedroom area, or a bedroom which is separate form the living area. Their bathrooms are equipped with shower.

Perivolas Superior Suites are 50 -60sq meters, offering a separate bedroom for more privacy. In some of the superior suites the living room area has an additional queen sized bed

New Perivolas Suite  suite the second largest suite covers 120sq meters. Spacious living room area has a king-sized bed, there is second bedroom with a queen sized bed. This luxurious setting has a bathroom with a private steam room and a private swimming pool (not heated) with hydrotherapy massage.

The Perivolas Suite in its 150 square metres the Suite comprises a spacious, centrally situated sitting area from which all other areas - double bedroom with king size bed, spa facility containing steam bath and hydrotherapy massage pool, swimming pool - are interconnected and accessible via openings and arched doorways.

Clean lines and white, hand-sculpted walls are offset by warm, rich mahogany furniture, and bright-coloured soft furnishings reflect the bougainvillea and geraniums found in the gardens around the property. Every aspect of the Suite is unique. There is no repetition and no symmetry just a minimalist atmosphere. Quite simply, it is an unequalled Aegean retreat.

Enjoy a leisure swim in the azure Swimming Pool, a perfect blend with the Aegean Sea below. From the Stone Terrace of each House, soak in a breathtaking Panorama of blue sky, inviting waters and unique white Aegean dwellings sculptured into the red Cliffs.

Set by the Poolside Cafe is the Breakfast Buffet with home-made delicacies and fresh fruits. Brunch or light Mediterranean Dishes feature vegetables grown in our little Garden.
